One Subscribers awesome feature is the Segment and this feature allows setting up rules to target specific Devices, Operating Systems, Countries, Cities, and Timezone among many others for more customized push notifications sending.

Here's how you create Segments in Subscribers.

Login to Subscriber.com
Scroll down and navigate under Segments on the left menu.

Click on +New Segment

Add Segment name.
Create Segment Rule and Click Save Segment.

Once a segment is created, it will now appear from the list of Segments when you create a new notification.
